We produce grass-fed beef, pastured pork, lamb, and eggs, and sell directly to the consumer, to select restaurants and through specialized butchers.

We sure have come a long way since we produced our first pastured pork in 2002. Over time, we have developed a unique expertise in sustainable agriculture, but it was only when we became farmers-butchers and opened the Atelier d’ORée that we discovered what fantastic meat can taste like. We are so serious about quality that more than half of Quebec’s top restaurants use our products.

Thursday:  home deliveries Montreal – Rive Sud- Montérégie – Hudson

Order before Tuesday 14.00h for delivery in the same week.

NEW: home deliveries in Quebec on Monday 11/09, 02/10, 23/10, 13/11, and 4/12. You need to order on week beforehand!

Drop-off points

We deliver every other week out of our truck in Magog, Bromont, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, St-Lambert, Atwater market, Ahuntic, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, St-Anne-de-Bellevue, once a month in Ahuntic, Rosemont-Petite-Patrie, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve Laval, and Sherbrooke and a few times per year in Quebec.

At the farm

You can also pick up your order at the farm, but we prefer it if you use other delivery methods. We offer no tours or visits. We are a productive farm.
