We produce grass-fed beef, pastured pork, lamb, and eggs. We and sell directly from the farm to the consumer, to select restaurants, and through specialized butchers.
The Ferme d’ORée is first and foremost a farm. We started farming more than 20 years ago with a strong vision on sustainability in agriculture. While our farm has changed beyond recognition, our vision has not changed at all over all those years.

Ferme d’ORée takes pride in producing extraordinary purebred Berkshire pork and beautiful fullblood Angus cows. Our lovely Border Collies and mighty fine Quarter horses help us get the job done.
Since 2021, we operate an on-farm butcher shop Atelier d’ORée. That way, we can ensure quality from farm to fork. We are so serious about quality that more than half of Quebec’s top restaurants use our products. That is quite the endorsement!
The farm grew a lot over the years. Luckily, we are blessed with a fantastic team. Now, we are slowly developing some collaborations with other excellent farms, to bring sustainable agriculture to even more farms and even more tables in the future.
