We sure have come a long way since we produced our first pastured pork in 2002. Over time, we have developed a unique expertise in sustainable agriculture, but it was only when we became farmers-butchers and opened the Atelier d’ORée that we discovered what fantastic meat can taste like. We are so serious about quality that more than half of Quebec’s top restaurants use our products.
