Something is not on our site? At our on-farm butcher shop Atelier d’ORée, we can do almost anything! Write us an email at admin@fermedoree.com with your request and we will make it work if we can. We take our artisanship almost as seriously as our efforts towards sustainability.
For the items listed in our online store, prices include cutting, wrapping, freezing and delivery at a drop off point. Prices are per package. The weight are indicative and can differ slightly, but we do our best to standardize cuts. The weights indicated for whole animal orders are carcass weights. Please see the product description for more info. Bulk orders are more economical than by the cut orders. We work with a specialized abattoir under permanent MAPAQ inspection.
