Pastured Berkshire pork and speciality charcuterie

We no longer produce Berkshire pork. All our professional buyers prefer our Ferme d'ORée crossbred pork. Indeed, it is as good, a little bit less fat, and much cheaper. As you can see, we improve all the time! You can however still order a whole Berkshire pig, and we will get it from our friends' farm!
