Delicious when roasted, our grass fed beef marrow bones are a versatile ingredient. Roasted with a little salt, the marrow can be served on toast or added to other ingredients for a decadent treat. In addition, marrow bones can be added to other dishes to infuse flavor, or included in your home-made beef stock or bone broth!
